Energy Sound Medicine - Rose and Cacao with Qigong, Voice Activation and Sound Bath

Join Sean T Fox and Antonia Songbird for a Transformational Journey of Plant Medicine, Qigong and Vibrational Healing. We will access the potent effects of rose, cacao, sound and movement to open our energy pathways, release stress, and empower our highest creative potential.

We will begin by connecting with the circle, sharing our healing intentions and setting sacred space. From this grounded place of connection we move through an all-levels Qigong practice to breathe, stretch and flow into harmonious alignment. Qigong is meditative medicine in motion, allowing us to access our body’s innate healing abilities, leaving us feeling grounded, revitalized and centered.

With our meridian channels and energetic fields open, we will bring in the Master Plant Teachers of Rose and Cacao to expand our awareness, regulate our nervous systems and open our hearts and voices. 

In this collective field of intention we join together in a Voice Activation Ceremony. Using tones and liberated sounds to move through the energetic systems of the body, we will help release energetic blockages, open our clear channels of authentic expression, and connect with the incredibly powerful instrument of healing resonance that is our voice.

Finally, we lie down to be immersed in a blissful Sound Healing Bath. The harmonious tones of singing bowls, bells, chimes, mantras and spirit songs will carry us on a journey together. A sea of soothing sounds and healing frequencies will move Qi through the meridians, cleansing and relaxing the nervous system and fascial matrix of crystalline connective tissue. 

This meditation of vibrational medicine will wash through the physical, emotional and energetic bodies, allowing space for deep relaxation, full rejuvenation and balancing our being into greater health and harmony.
