A Ceremonial Journey of Cacao, Qigong and Vocal Activation

Join us for a Journey through the body, heart and soul to clear trauma from the lineage lines of our Ancestors and arrive more fully in the potency of the present moment. We will be weaving together many powerful tools and allies into a Ceremony of clearing and opening to our highest potential. Combining the heart-opening magic of ceremonial cacao, the deeply embodied wisdom of Qigong movement practices, the dynamic range and resonance of our voices and the power of our collective presence, prayers and intentions, we will co-create a circle for healing the continuous cord between past, present and future.

We will invoke this space by joining together and sharing the medicine of cacao to activate all the levels and layers of our being, bringing our personal and collective intentions into this cauldron of ceremony. 

From here we will move into the physical and energetic practices of Daoist Qigong, aligning our body, breath and Spirit into a unified state. Qigong is ancient medicine in meditative action, and through these gentle, dynamic movements we breathe, stretch and flow into a greater space of whole-being harmony. By accessing and opening the acupuncture channels, we will wring out stress, tension and trauma from our cells, tissues and internal organs. With the clearing of energies from this life and the intergenerational trauma of our ancestors, we can become even greater open channels for the Source Qi of Heaven and pure Spirit to move through us.

Using this expanded physical and energetic state of harmonized hearts, we will gather in meditation to explore the primordial source of manifestation: Sound. The human voice is the most powerful instrument on Earth, and this is an opportunity to explore our intimate connection with the creation of vibration. On a journey through the seven chakras and beyond, we will explore sacred tones, expand our voices as instruments and unlock the vibrational keys we each hold within us. Through the crown we enter free sound expression, creating space for ancestral melodies and songs of Spirit to move through us. Sound is our most powerful ally for moving stagnant energy, and through this collective resonance we can clear our cells, tissues and DNA. By listening deeply and giving voice to these energies which wish to move, we can bring great healing for ourselves, each other and our entire lineage lines.

The generational traumas of centuries and millennia run through many of us, and we now have both the opportunity and responsibility to transmute these energies. By acknowledging and addressing these wounds, we create space for healing ourselves and our Ancestors. Through this work of healing and clearing we can come into greater collective clarity Here and Now, envisioning and embodying the world we wish to see.
